PELOTON STORE DESIGN

D E S C R I P T I O N

Peloton was looking for an evolution of their store designs. Consumer feedback at this time was that the stores felt cold and not inviting for browsing and educating themselves on the brand. We wanted to bring an experience that would pull consumers into the space and allow them to explore what Peloton's fitness platform could offer.

While in the space we wanted to bring the full immersion of the brand. We developed unique fitness zones, a season apparel drop area and a one of a kind trial experience that felt personalized and curated. We opened up the front of the store with a community zone to invite our members into the space and enjoy it as much as non-members. Finally, we topped if off with best in class sales associates who consistently brought a warmth and informative spirit to every conversation.
